We feel such an intimate connection with ashwagandha. It's the first herb we seed in early March and one of the last roots we dig in late fall! A powerhouse supporting so many systems that we deeply honor and respect.
Do not work with ashwagandha if you are pregnant or breast feeding. Because ashwagandha can modify blood glucose levels, those with diabetes should work with a licensed healthcare professional.
