Herbal CSA

We’re here to get you stoked about our 2024 Herbal CSA! 

 

We feel deeply connected to the Community Supported Agriculture model because of its ability to bring people together, get people outside and connected to their growers and for the stability that it gives to farmers early in the season when it's most needed. This CSA is for the herbal curious and for those that have been practicing for years. It is for anyone who is interested in connecting deeper with locally grown plant allies, feeling empowered by making their own herbal medicine and being a part of a community. 

 

By the end of this 6 month journey, you’ll have worked with over 20 varieties of fresh herbs, leaving you with an array of apothecary items as well as a booklet full of plant introductions and recipes to get started with. These recipes would include step-by-step instructions on how to make your own tinctures, oxymels, oils, salves, tea blends and more! You’ll also be added to our farm listserv, where we can all share our journeys with medicine making, ask questions, swap recipes and get to know one another!

 

HOW DOES IT WORK?

 

Every third Thursday from May-October, you’ll have the option to pick up your share on farm in Arundel between 3-6 pm or at Botanically Curious in Portland between 4-6 pm. You can also pick up at the Kittery Farmer's Market on the third Sunday of the month from 10-2pm. 

 

 

WHAT'S INCLUDED?

 

  • 3-4 generous bunches of fresh herbs
  • Small batch apothecary item made by your farmers
  • Monthly recipe book full of ideas and herbal intros

    • 15% OFF all dried herbs throughout the season

    A full season share, which includes six monthly boxes from May-October

    A one month share  $80
